What happens if the item I have ordered is out of stock?

Out of stock items will be clearly marked on our website as well as an estimated due date for more stock, making it possible for you to pre-order items.

If, however, we realise that we are out of stock of a product you have ordered, we will contact you directly either via email or telephone. We will then let you know when we expect more stock of that particular product and ask you how you would like to proceed with your order.
